The Board of Directors manages the property and business affairs of the Cherry Hill American Little League, and in doing so:
- Are volunteers in their service to Cherry Hill American Little League and receive no compensation for their dedicated work on behalf of the League and the Cherry Hill community.
- Has the control of the League and the power to appoint such standing and special committees as it shall determine by the constitution and to delegate such responsibilities as it shall deem advisable and which it may properly delegate.
- Upon election, immediately enter upon the performance of their duties and shall continue in office until their successors shall have been duly elected and qualified.
- May adopt such rules and regulations for the conduct of its meetings and the management of the League as it may deem proper.
- Has the power by a two-thirds vote of those present at any regular or special meeting to discipline, suspend or remove any director or officer or committee member of the League, subject to provisions of the constitution.
All Cherry Hill American Little League Members in good standing and at least 18 years of age are eligible to be nominated as a member of the Board of Directors. All Board Officers are elected by their Board member peers to one-year terms.
